The Stables, Paddington Wine Dinner

Join us for a night of delicious food and wine at one of Paddington’s most anticipated restaurant/bars, The Stables.
You’ll enjoy a four course degustation prepared by Chef Thomas Gripton (former chef at Bentley Restaurant & Bar) perfectly matched with four wines from boutique Mudgee wine label Eloquesta.
Winemaker Stuart Olsen will guide you through the process and stories behind each wine and will answer those burning questions about food and wine pairing, the winemaking process and how to better enjoy your wine on the night.

Tickets include a four course meal, four Eloquesta wines and access to a VIP discount for take-home bottles of Eloquesta ordered on the night.

PRE ENTRÉE: Butter poached lobster – herb jus – avruga caviar – dill and kombu matched with Eloquesta ‘A Boy with Fruit’ Aromatic White 2016
ENTRÉE: Confit octopus – charred corn puree – dukkha – almond paste – zucchini – confit kipflers paired with Eloquesta ‘ A Boy with Fruit’ Chardonnay 2015
MAIN: Braised lamb belly – miso eggplant puree – chestnut – mustard jus with Eloquesta Shiraz Petit Verdot 2015
DESSERT: Chocolate fondant – berry ice cream – honeycomb paired with Eloquesta ‘Blush Rose’ dry black muscat and viogner 2017
