Good things take time!
Its deep golden lemon colour suggests richness, but is surprisingly fresh, deep and plump but crisp, elegant and stylish. Fresh fragrant sparkling notes of green and yellow fruits, citrus and granny smith apple dominate. Nose of lemon biscuit, citrus flower and nougat, creamy oatmeal, apple candy, danish, white plum and only subtle note of background lemonade. I was shocked by the dominant fruit weight and structure versus the fresh acid line that holds and delivers a longer than expected length. Drink with various fresh seafood, prawns and oysters to my mind. This wine demands good company and conversation as just a prop in the background. Please enjoy!”
